Service Description

We allocate one hour to diagnose the fault and in most cases this is possible, but sometimes when the issue is a leak or more complex this can take a little longer to find. In this case you would be charged an additional labour cost at £15 per 15 minutes. Our engineers carry a large number of parts to resolve most issues. Should you require a part that the engineer does not carry, a quote will follow with available dates for the repair to be completed.   ​
